Service Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Our Services

Accurate Financial Block Inc. provides professional services only — business consulting, business startup guidance, bookkeeping, financial consulting, business formation, tax preparation, business plans, registration & compliance, operations optimization, and financial planning & budgeting. We do not sell or ship physical goods. All deliverables are documents, filings, and advisory work product.

2. How Services Are Delivered

• Consultations are held by phone, video call, or in person at our Pompano Beach office, at the scheduled appointment time.
• Documents and deliverables (business plans, financial plans, bookkeeping reports, prepared tax returns) are delivered electronically by secure email or client portal.
• Filings (entity formations, registrations, tax filings) are submitted directly to the relevant government agency on your behalf; you receive confirmation copies once accepted.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Initial consultation: typically scheduled within 1–3 business days of your request.
• Business formation filings: submitted within 2–5 business days of receiving complete information and payment; state processing times vary.
• Business plans and financial plans: typically 7–14 business days depending on scope.
• Tax preparation: timing depends on receipt of your complete documents; we confirm an estimated completion date at engagement.
• Monthly services (bookkeeping, retainers): delivered on the agreed monthly schedule.

Timeframes begin once we have received all required information and documents from you. Delays in providing information may extend delivery dates.

4. Payment & Activation

Work begins after payment is received, unless a written agreement states otherwise. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card statement will show charges from Accurate Financial Block. A receipt is emailed for every payment.
