1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing accuratefinancialblock.com or engaging Accurate Financial Block Inc. ("we", "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
2. Services
We provide business consulting, business formation, tax preparation and consulting, business plans, financial consulting, financial planning, and related professional services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are defined in a separate written engagement agreement or proposal accepted by the client.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees are disclosed in writing before any engagement begins. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due upon invoice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Late payments may incur reasonable late fees and result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to deliver the services you have engaged us for. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.
5. No Guarantee of Specific Results
We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or tax outcome. Tax savings, business growth, and investor or lender outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
6. Not Legal or Investment Advice
Our services are consulting and tax-preparation services. They do not constitute legal advice, investment advice, or the practice of law. For legal matters or investment recommendations, you should consult a licensed attorney or registered investment adviser.
7. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and use it only to deliver the services engaged. Confidential information may be disclosed where required by law or regulation.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, templates, and proprietary materials are owned by Accurate Financial Block Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission. Deliverables prepared for a client may be used by that client for the client's own purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of services provided is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. Fees for services already rendered remain due. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
