Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

We stand behind the quality of our work. Because our services are professional consulting and preparation services delivered by senior advisors, this policy defines when refunds and cancellations apply.

2. Consultations

Initial consultations are complimentary. Paid strategy sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.

3. Project-Based Services

For project-based engagements (business formation, business plans, tax preparation, financial planning, and similar):

• You may cancel within 3 business days of payment for a full refund, provided no work has begun and no government, state, or third-party filing fees have been paid on your behalf.
• Once work has begun, fees are refundable on a pro-rated basis for work not yet performed.
• Third-party fees (state filing fees, EIN expedite fees, registered agent fees, e-file fees, etc.) are non-refundable once paid to the third party.
• Completed deliverables (filed tax returns, filed entity formations, completed business plans) are non-refundable.

4. Retainer and Monthly Services

Monthly consulting retainers may be cancelled at any time with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable, but no further charges will be made.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Email accfinancial01@gmail.com with your name, invoice number, and the reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any billing concern. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services and collection of unpaid amounts.
